Lol, Cirno. : D She's stupid, for sure, but I think it'd be a nice idea to put her here.
Manganese is a modern witch, more than half of her skull is actually bald, so hair didn't disappear. There's only a thin braid on the back, growing to massive curly ponytail. She is pretty cheerful, likes to give advices, believes, that real women have curves and loves rock music.
Background and face look extremely bad, but at least it's better, than before.
